Three Cheese Garden Pizza Recipe (Pampered Chef)
My sister hosted a pampered chef party a couple of weeks ago and I totally was not expecting to walk away with a fabulous recipe.
To demonstrate the products, we made this quick, easy and delicious three cheese garden pizza! (I hear they make these pizzas a lot at pampered chef parties )Just by looking at the ingredients I knew I was gonna love it but I was surprised that my toddler loved it as well.
It doesn’t have any sauce but I think next time I might add a tad bit, as well as use my own pizza dough recipe. I love the fact that it’s loaded with some of my fav. fresh veggies like onions, tomatoes, and zucchini.
I made this for lunch and I served it with oven roasted corn on the cob and a garden salad. We invited the in-laws over and they all agreed it was a fabulous lunch. My hubby said he had energy all day after eating a lunch full of veggies.
This three cheese garden pizza will be going into the recipe stash!!

Hello Monique. I am checking out your page for the first time and I can’t WAIT to try some of these recipes. Thank you so much for this blog.
As for the pizza, I am a Pampered Chef consultant that that pizza is definitely a HUGE hit whenever I do it. I don’t like tomatoes, but I wanted to make it exactly how I would make it for my parties. To my surprise, I loved it.
Again, thanks for doing this blog!
Very lovely!!!
This is the one I normally try it's a little different than the pervious one but it is good. Try it and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
1 pizza crusts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
2 cups broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 cup red peppers, diced
1 medium carrots, sliced
1/2 cup olives, sliced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cooked & chopped chicken breast
Directions
preheat oven to 425°F.
combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning and garlic to make a "sauce".
Spread evenly over crust. Add chicken breast. Sprinkle on half the mozzarella. Layer on all the vegetables and olives. Top with the remaining mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
Bake 18-22 minutes or until pizza crust is cooked. Serve immediately.
Have you done this on the grill?
I'm a pampered chef consultant and I normally add chopped chicken breast to the pizza. Just season the chicken cook it and chop it with out chopper with the rest of the veggies. It's awesome plus the kids get to help with it for our family nights.
