I made this for Thanksgiving 2021 (I omitted the chicken thighs though) and it was delicious!! After years of searching and trying different recipes, I finally found the one. The search is truly over for me.

I really appreciate that you do not use cans of “cream of this and cream of that canned soups” (non food items).
You are a gemstone, truly an old time, cook from scratch, serious gourmet cook. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to let you know the stuffing was a huge hit! I ended up making bread cubes from potato bread that I toasted b/c I couldn’t find plain bread cubes anywhere. I also added chopped celery that I had on hand. It was really wonderful! Thanks so much!

Most of your recipes are very similar to the way I prepare mine. So, i know i can try one of yours that i don’t normally make and it will be delish.
* The last couple of years the kids have asked how i make dressing. I find the best way to describe the moisture of the dressing before cooking is: after it’s in the pan I Gently lay my hand flat on the top. Then I move it side to side. It should jiggle similar to jello

My mother got ill the Sunday before Christmas and she’s always been the cook for 33 years. I wanted to make sure we still had Christmas food so I ran across this recipe and everything turned out perfect! My family enjoyed it and constantly gave me compliments on how good it was. I used all the ingredients except for the chicken, celery, and toast. Thank you for this recipe Divas!

It looks different. My old computer crashed so I don’t have the original recipe but have you changed this a little bit? Can we still make it the night before and stuff the turkey the next day?
