I followed this recipe and it truly lived up to the hype..The ribs came out very tender and fall off the bone yummy..This is now my favorite recipe for beef ribs..Love it..5 stars

First of all, I’m so thankful for these recipes! On the video, I heard that the ribs were washed and dried. I did not hear anything about removing the membrane. Just curious if the membrane on the beef ribs should be removed prior to baking?
